Service-Based Work
- Once work has started, no refunds will be provided
- Due to the nature of digital marketing services, results cannot be guaranteed
Before Work Starts
- If a client cancels before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered
Completed Work
- No refunds will be issued after the completion of agreed work
Exceptions
Refunds (if any) are solely at the discretion of Sutom Media.
